Privacy Policy
1. Privacy at a Glance
General Information
The following information provides a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally.
Who is responsible for data collection?
Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. Their contact details can be found in the imprint.
How do we collect your data?
Your data is collected in part by you providing it to us (e.g. via the contact form). Other data is automatically collected by our IT systems when you visit the website (e.g. browser, operating system, time of page access).

3. Hosting
This website is hosted by an external hosting provider in Germany. The servers process, among other things, IP addresses, browser requests and metadata. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and efficient operation of the website).
4. Cookies and Local Storage
This website does not use tracking cookies or marketing tools. No data is stored in your browser's local storage. The language selection is part of the page address and is not stored.
When you submit the contact form, the website sets a technically necessary session cookie that protects against abusive submissions. It contains no personal data and expires when you close your browser.
5. Contact Form
When you send us inquiries via the contact form, the data you provide in the form, including the contact details you entered there (name, email, phone, company, message), will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (processing for the performance of a contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent).
Copy to Your Own Address
In the form you can tick a box to receive a copy of your inquiry. If the box is ticked, a message is sent — in addition to the notification to us — to exactly the email address you entered in the form. It contains your own entries and the names of the files you transmitted, no download links and no attachments. Without the tick, no such message is sent; under no circumstances does this create an additional recipient.
Uploaded Files
You may send us files via the contact form (e.g. CAD models, drawings, PDF or image files). These files are stored on our web space and used solely to process your inquiry. Access is granted through a randomly generated, non-guessable link that is contained only in the notification sent to us; a listing of the stored files is not publicly accessible.
Uploaded files are automatically and permanently deleted no later than 90 days after receipt. If you would like them deleted sooner, an informal message to the address given in the legal notice is sufficient.
6. Your Rights
You have the right at any time to receive information free of charge about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. If you have given consent to data processing, you can revoke this consent at any time for the future.
7. Cookies and Analytics
This website uses no analytics tools (no Google Analytics, no Matomo, etc.). No tracking cookies are set.
8. SSL Encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this website uses SSL encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://".
9. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy so that it always complies with the current legal requirements.
